As business began to grow and expand, Mr. Rosario decided to restructure the entire business and Agway Chemicals was incorporated on November 22, 2004. Along with this progress, the Rosarios were able to acquire Agro Technoproducts Inc. ― which commercially operates as importer of agricultural chemicals from abroad. Through this, Agway became the sole distributor of several proprietary agricultural chemical products in the Philippines.
