Our business strategy and affairs are governed by our board of directors consisting of one executive director and 12 independent directors. Only independent directors make up our four board committees: Audit; Compensation; Nominating and Corporate Governance; and Public Policy and Sustainability. Meet our Brian Board of Directors below. Mr. Paul Wilson Managing Director/CEO Mr. Olusola Ajayi Executive Director Mr. Olusola Adedeji Ajayi holds a Bachelor of science degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo university in Ile Ife formerly University of Ife (Ile Ife) He had his accountancy training with Folorunso Olaleye firm of Chartered Accountants. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mr Olusola Adedeji Ajayi has attended various oversees management trainings in the UK and locally. Mr Olusola Adedeji Ajayi has over 30 years working experience in the industry. He has also at other times, been on secondment within the Group. All such secondment have been at Management level. Mr. Demola Kolade Executive Director Mr Kolade obtained his bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from the then University of Ife , now Obafemi Awolowo University in 1978. He has three decades of post qualifications experience with the extensive exposure and operational understanding of Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Logistics and Shipping. He has attended several courses locally and abroad. He joined the then Welcome Nigeria Limited as a Medical Sales Representatives in 1981. He rose to the position of Area Sales Manager for the West. Following the acquisition of the Welcome by S. K. G Pharma Limited in 1994, he worked with S. K. G Pharma from 1994 -2003 rising to the post of General Manager Technical Services. In June 2003, he moved to Brian Munro Limited as the Executive Director Technical Services. He is currently running the production factory with his vast experience in Pharmaceutical Food and Nutritional products.
