Maple syrup Maple syrup is extracted from the tree juice of the sugar maple. At the end of winter, the trees begin to transport their plant juice from the roots to the leaf buds. The tapped tree juice is first filtered and cleaned until it is thickened into maple syrup in the further processing process. The natural sugar of the tree juice caramelizes and gives the syrup its unique taste. We deliver our maple syrup in organic and conventional quality.
