We are a subsidiary of Quiñenco and one of the main distributors of fuels and lubricants in Chile. We participate in other business areas such as the operation of upa convenience stores! and upita, the sale of industrial fuels, the distribution of Shell lubricants, asphalts and chemicals. Through Shell, we have been present in the country for more than 100 years, which supports our experience and know-how in the field. We were born as Enex on June 1, 2011 after Quiñenco acquired Shell's assets in the country. On June 27, 2013, we added Terpel to our operations, expanding our network of gas stations, convenience stores and coverage in Chile. In November 2018, we realized our internationalization by acquiring Road Ranger, the fourth largest travel center network in the United States, then at the end of 2019 we acquired 50% of Gasur SRL in Paraguay, operating as Enex Paraguay. Currently, in Chile we operate a network of more than 450 service stations under the Shell brand and more than 160 convenience stores under the upa! and upita!; in the United States, we already participate with 41 Road Ranger points of sale; and in Paraguay we operate more than 50 service stations, where we began to introduce the Enex and upa! brands.
