The Company ZMM – BULGARIA HOLDING AD - was established in 2001 as a subsidiary of Industrial Holding Bulgaria AD - one of the largest industrial groups in Bulgaria. ZMM - Bulgaria Holding AD is created to consolidate, preserve and develop the experience of over 70 years, as well as the best traditions of the machine building enterprises in Bulgaria: ZMM - Sliven AD, Mashstroy - Troyan AD, ZMM Sofia AD, Leyarmach AD, ZMM Nova Zagora AD, and Elprom ZEM AD (now called IHB Electric AD). On that basis ZMM - Bulgaria Holding AD has successfully strengthened the international positions of their products and has put a focus on the current trends in the development of engineering. Till now, the companies of ZMM - Bulgaria Holding AD’s group have produced over 115 000 lathes, over 500,000 electric motors, and over 210,000 hydro generators.
